Submissions
The International Journal of Pedagogy and Learning is dedicated to publishing scholarly submissions of high quality that contribute to the body of knowledge in the areas of pedagogy, teaching, and learning.
Academics, researchers, and scholars are invited to submit scholarly manuscripts that are consistent with the aims and scope of the journal.
Contributions to the journal include original research papers, theoretical and conceptual studies, systematic and literature reviews, and other forms of scholarly contribution that meet the highest standards of scholarly work within the subject area.
Before You Submit
Manuscripts should be:
- Be consistent with the aims and scope of the journal.
- Be original and unpublished.
- Not be under consideration for publication by another journal.
- Be formatted according to the journal's submission guidelines.
- Be of good academic standard and integrity.
- Contain complete author and manuscript information.
- Meet all ethical requirements when dealing with human subjects.
Submission Procedure
The submission will be done either via the online submission system of the journal or according to the authors' instructions on how to submit a manuscript.
The process of submission requires that all necessary documents and information are prepared by the authors before submission. It is upon the corresponding author to ensure that the manuscript is ready for submission and approved by all the other co-authors.
After submission, the manuscript will undergo editorial review in order to determine its suitability for the journal. Those manuscripts that qualify to be considered for the journal go through peer review.
Editorial and Peer Review
All manuscripts that qualify for consideration will be assessed using the criteria for review set forth by the journal. Peer review is the assessment of the originality, academic merit, methodology, and contributions made to the discipline by the manuscript under consideration.
The author of the manuscript may be asked to make amendments to the manuscript as per the advice of the reviewers and the editor.

Originality and Exclusivity
Manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Pedagogy and Learning must constitute original scholarly work.
Authors need to confirm that:
- The manuscript has never been published elsewhere before.
- The manuscript is not being considered for publication in another journal at the same time.
- All authors agree on the manuscript being submitted.
- Due recognition of previous scholarly works has been made in the submitted manuscript.
- Relevant conflict of interests have been declared.
Manuscript Preparation
Submitted manuscripts should be professionally written and include all necessary sections in the manuscript.

It is the responsibility of authors to make sure that all the sources mentioned in the manuscript are properly cited and the reference list is in harmony with the citation of references in the text.
Journal guidelines on referencing style should be adhered to throughout the manuscript.
Research Ethics
For studies which involve human subjects or other sensitive data, authors need to adhere to all ethical considerations. It may be necessary for them to provide information on ethical approvals or informed consent, where applicable.
Language and Presentation
Authors are expected to use correct and clear English language in their manuscripts and should see to it that their submission has been well proofread before submitting it to the journal.
